Once your deposit is received, Lee will personally reach out to walk you through the details, answer any questions, and help you feel fully prepared for what lies ahead. Our goal is to make this journey seamless, exciting, and deeply rewarding—and we're here every step of the way to ensure your experience is nothing short of extraordinary.
Following our conversation, we will send a final invoice for the remaining balance of the tour.
Total Cost: The full cost of your photography adventure is $2,400. Your deposit secures your spot and is applied toward this total, leaving a remaining balance of $1,850 to complete your journey.
Deposit Amount: A $550 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place on this photography tour—your first step toward an unforgettable experience in the wild.
Payment Terms: The remaining balance of $1,850 is due 120 days before the first day of your tour. After our first communication—whether by phone or email—you’ll receive clear instructions for submitting your final payment. Still gearing up? We’ll send a few friendly reminders along the way—and if your balance isn’t completed, you’ll get another one 120 days before your adventure kicks off.
Refund Policy: Your $550 deposit is fully refundable up to 120 days before your tour begins. After that point, the deposit becomes non-refundable as we finalize plans for your upcoming adventure.
Booking Within 120 Days of the Tour: If you're booking within 120 days of your tour’s start date, the full payment is required within 72 hours of placing your deposit. You will be contacted by WUTA directly to go over the tour details and after that 72-hour window, the deposit becomes non-refundable as we fast-track preparations for the upcoming adventure.
